Date: October 23, 2009 To: All Homeowners From: The Board of Directors Re: Budget Ratification Notice Dear Homeowners, The 2010 budget for Fieldcreek Estates Association was approved by the board of directors at the October 7, 2009 meeting. There will be no increase in the yearly assessment for the 2010 year. The reserves are being funded in compliance with the reserve study. There will be a membership ratification meeting held on November 11, 2009. at the office of EBMC, 5011 Meadowood Mall Way #200, Reno NV 89502. At 11:00 AM. 51% of the membership must deny the budget in order for it not to pass.
